100 PSI High-Pressure Sprayers vs Standard 40–55 PSI Sprayers

What is the advantage of a 100 PSI sprayer?

A 100 PSI sprayer can provide greater spray penetration and additional performance for tall trees, dense vegetation, structures, and commercial applications. Adjustable-pressure systems also allow the operator to reduce pressure for ordinary spraying work.

100 PSI High-Pressure Sprayers vs Standard 40–55 PSI Sprayers

Sprayer pressure affects how far a solution can be projected and how effectively a sprayer can work through dense vegetation or reach elevated targets.

For demanding applications, Cottage Craft Works offers Pulmic industrial sprayers capable of producing up to 100 PSI.

Many consumer and general-purpose agricultural sprayers operate within a moderate pressure range suitable for lawn spraying, herbicide application, and ordinary property maintenance.

Commercial and industrial applications can require considerably more.

Higher pressure can improve spray projection and allow operators to work farther from the target. This becomes especially useful when treating trees, dense vegetation, structures, fence lines, orchards, and commercial properties.

Select Pulmic industrial sprayers sold by Cottage Craft Works provide adjustable pressure up to 100 PSI.

This does not mean maximum pressure should be used for every application. Lower settings remain useful for ordinary herbicide and fertilizer work, while higher pressure can be selected when additional reach or penetration is required.

Battery-powered with either removable Pulmic battery packs or adapted to fit Makita, Milwaukee, and Dewalt tool batteries.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is 100 PSI always better?
No. Many spraying applications work perfectly well at lower pressure. The advantage is having additional pressure available when needed.
Why do commercial operators need higher pressure?
Higher pressure can help with spray penetration, dense vegetation, elevated targets, and difficult-to-reach areas.
Can a 100 PSI sprayer still be used at lower pressure?
Yes, adjustable Pulmic systems allow lower operating settings for routine applications.
What type of battery does it use?
Battery-powered with either removable Pulmic battery packs or adapted to fit Makita, Milwaukee, and Dewalt tool batteries.
