Commercial & Industrial Sprayers for Hard-to-Reach Areas

Cottage Craft Works specializes in portable commercial and agricultural spraying equipment designed to operate between the limitations of small consumer hand sprayers and large tractor- or ATV-mounted equipment. The lineup includes high-pressure Pulmic battery sprayers reaching 100 PSI, an 87 PSI manual backpack sprayer, wheeled 9-gallon Pulmic sprayers, 10- and 15-gallon walk-behind boom sprayers, and a professional telescoping lance extending to 16.5 feet. These configurations are particularly useful for courtyards, orchards, greenhouses, nurseries, landscaping, pest control, commercial properties, remote locations, and other restricted-access areas.

Professional Spraying Equipment Beyond the Typical Farm-Store Sprayer

The right sprayer isn't always the biggest one you can pull behind a tractor.

Commercial landscapers, orchard growers, pest-control operators, nursery workers, property managers, farmers, municipalities, and industrial maintenance crews frequently encounter locations where tractors and tow-behind sprayers simply cannot go.

Gates may be too narrow. Courtyards may be enclosed. Greenhouse aisles may be restricted. Trees and structures may require considerable vertical reach. Landscaped properties may contain slopes, pathways, fences, flowerbeds, or other obstacles. In other situations, transporting a tractor or ATV to the spraying location is more trouble than the job itself.

At the other extreme, an ordinary hand-carried consumer sprayer may be too small or lack the pressure, capacity, hose length, durability, or reach needed to complete the work efficiently.

Cottage Craft Works offers commercial, agricultural, backpack, and walk-behind sprayers designed to fill the space between these two extremes.

Higher Pressure When the Job Requires It

One of the biggest differences is available pressure.

The industrial Pulmic Pegasus provides adjustable three-speed operation up to 100 PSI, along with a commercial-duty diaphragm pump, 20-foot reinforced hose, stainless-steel lance, and metal quick-connect nozzle system. Its wheeled design provides the capacity and pressure of a serious commercial sprayer without requiring the operator to carry the tank on their back.

The Pulmic 15 backpack system is available in a 58 PSI general-purpose configuration or an industrial version reaching 100 PSI. It also provides constant-pressure operation and three pressure settings for matching spray output to different applications.

That additional pressure becomes particularly valuable when spraying dense vegetation, taller crops, trees, elevated surfaces, or applications requiring greater spray projection than a typical short-wand consumer sprayer can provide.

Reach Up to 16.5 Feet From the Ground

Pressure is only part of the equation. Sometimes the nozzle simply needs to get closer to the target.

The professional Pulmic telescoping wand adjusts from approximately 5 feet to 16.5 feet, allowing an operator to reach tree foliage, high branches, shrubs, structures, barns, fences, and other difficult areas while remaining at ground level. Its fiberglass/carbon-fiber pole construction is designed to provide extended reach without the weight of an all-metal pole.

This combination of a high-pressure Pulmic sprayer and long telescoping lance is particularly useful for orchards, arborists, pest-control professionals, commercial property maintenance, tent-caterpillar treatment, and spraying around elevated building surfaces.

Wheeled Sprayers for Places a Tractor Cannot Go

Some applications don't require 100 PSI—they require mobility.

The Cottage Craft Works 10-gallon walk-behind sprayer was specifically developed for locations where a hand sprayer is impractical but a garden tractor cannot be used. The aluminum cart uses 20-inch flat-free wheels and incorporates both a boom and wand system. Cottage Craft Works identifies courtyards, nurseries, orchards, sports fields, lawns, and similar restricted locations among its intended applications.

The larger 15-gallon walk-behind sprayer provides an 8-foot folding boom, adjustable wand, 12-foot hose, 20-inch flat-free wheels, and 2.2 GPM on-demand 12V pump. It provides considerably more coverage than a hand sprayer while remaining usable in many areas where an ATV or tractor-pulled sprayer is impractical.

Backpack Mobility for the Most Restricted Areas

When even a wheeled cart cannot reach the application area, a backpack remains one of the most maneuverable solutions.

The Pulmic 15 Commercial Battery Backpack Sprayer combines a four-gallon tank with constant-pressure battery operation, three pressure settings, and available output up to 100 PSI. Optional configurations support selected Makita, Milwaukee, or DeWalt battery platforms.

For remote areas where batteries are undesirable, the Pulmic Raptor 16 Advance provides a 4.25-gallon manually pumped alternative capable of operating up to 87 PSI. Because it requires no battery, it can be particularly useful for remote agricultural, off-grid, fence-line, and property-maintenance applications.
