Designed as an economical, commercial-grade pie and turnover machine, it can help produce up to 200 pies per hour, depending on dough preparation. It folds, crimps, trims, and seals professional-quality pastries for baking or frying—ideal for home kitchens, small bakeries, cafés, food trucks, restaurants, mercados, and fundraising events.
Amish-Made Quality
Built in the USA in an Amish shop, this machine has earned a loyal following in homes and commercial kitchens across the U.S. and Canada. Construction includes:
- Powder-coated aluminum base
- Stainless steel shafts and hardware
- Polished, food-grade aluminum rollers
- Wide, open design for easy cleaning
Stable on the counter yet light enough to move or store, it's perfect for farmers’ markets, cottage food operations, food trucks, and commercial pastry production.
Three Interchangeable Die Sizes
Each machine includes the standard 3" x 5" die, with optional sizes:
- 3" x 5" (standard) – approx. 3 oz filling
- 2.5" x 4.5" – approx. 2 oz filling
- 3" x 6" (new) – approx. 3.25 oz filling; excellent for larger empanadas, chimichangas, and “hot-pocket–style” pies
This can be changed quickly with four Allen screws, which are available individually. Larger dies may require slower cranking.
Different cultures use different pie sizes, so there are no universal standards—the machine will produce precisely the size die you choose.

Best Dough Recommendations
For best performance, use fresh or refrigerated flour dough rolled to 1/8” thickness. It works beautifully with:
- Empanada dough
- Fried pie dough
- Fruit turnover dough
- Savory hand-pie dough
- Meat-filled pastry dough
Not recommended:
- Frozen empanada dough rounds (e.g., Goya®), due to the rubbery texture
- Corn flour dough, unless modified for elasticity
Ideal for Business or Fundraising
Customers successfully use the Little Pie Maker for:
- Empanada and pastry businesses
- Bakeries and cafés
- Farmers’ market booths
- Catering operations
- Food trucks
- Restaurant menu additions
- Church and school fundraising events
One Texas church consistently produced 500+ fried pies per event and purchased a second machine within a year.
Built for Longevity
Each machine includes a one-year warranty, and replacement parts are always available. Returns are sporadic due to durability and performance.
Important Return Note:
Please review pie sizes and dough requirements before ordering. Returns usually stem from dough incompatibility, not defects. Returned machines are inspected by the Amish shop and sold locally at a discount.
A $65 restocking fee applies, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our video amplifies the typical clicking sound of the spring-loaded rollers as they reset for the next pie. In person, the machine is significantly quieter.

Customer Reviews
I'm hoping to use it at our next church fundraiser and my sons school bake sale. My husband was hesitant at first about the cost of the machine, but is now enjoying the fruit of my labor.
