White Mountain USA Stainless Gear Set

Please note: The older White Mountain freezers used a 3/8" square dasher stem that will not fit this gear set, as it is made for the newer 7/16" square dasher stem and a 7/8" can lid top. The older freezers were generally made before the 1970s, while the newer freezers were made from the 1970s forward. However, over the years, we have found some older styles still in stores in the early 1980s. You can use a 7/16" open box wrench to check your old dasher before ordering the gear set. It will fit slightly loose to avoid binding in the gear housing, but it will still lock and turn the dasher. You can also verify whether you have a 3/8" dasher top by using a 3/8" box wrench.
