Return Policy
Dan’s will accept returns and/or exchanges for a different size, color, or style, provided the product is new and not soiled. If a return is sent to Dan’s it will be inspected and only then approved by Dan’s as a return or exchange. Dan’s will not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Warranty Policy
Dan’s warrants their products against any defects and workmanship flaws. The product must be returned to Dan’s for inspection. However, Dan’s will not warranty a product that has been abused or has more than normal wear and tear. On defective products, Dan’s will either replace or repair the gear.
