Wagon-Truck Box End Gate Fastener Set
Old-fashioned wagon box hardware end gate handle nut fastener. One end bolts on the end gate, while the other end is threaded through the holes in the wagon box sides. 3/8" handle nut then pulls the sides in against the end gate.
Use in the construction of wagons, trailers, grain beds, stock racks, and similar structures. Holds the bed sides firmly together but can be quickly detached without wrenches.Â
This style of endgate fastener is a well-proven design, having been used for centuries and still in use today.
Sold as a set of four fasteners.

Description / Wagon-Truck Box End Gate Fastener Set
Our Amish company has been manufacturing replacement parts since 1950 for Amish communities that still use and maintain vintage farm equipment. Â
In the late 1800s and early 1900s, nearly every farm used the same equipment, creating ample demand for replacement parts. As most farmers modernized throughout the 1900s, the Amish continued to rely on horse-drawn equipment, as many still do today.
Since this equipment is no longer being manufactured and dealers no longer stock parts, it is challenging to keep this vintage farm machinery operational. Both Amish and vintage farm machinery implement enthusiast scour junkyards, farms, and tree lines in search of these long-abandoned implements for restoration.
Cottage Craft Works.com travels deep into the back roads to find Amish companies that still make replacement parts to maintain and restore old-time horse-drawn farm machinery.
