Cooking times will vary depending on the power of the microwave and size.
The egger measures 3-3/4” wide and 2-3/4” tall. The lid has a steam vent.
For regular eggs, crack the egg into the cooker. Add salt and pepper if desired. Cover the egg cooker and place it in the microwave. Cook for 40-60 seconds depending on the desired cooking quality of the egg such as hard, medium, or soft.
For Omelets, cut up vegetables like onions, peppers, jalapenos, mushrooms, etc. and place them into the cooker. Microwave the vegetables with cover for about 20 seconds. (Makes a nice vegetable steam cooker)
Put one or two eggs or imitation eggs into the cooker. Beat with fork and microwave with cover for about 70 seconds. Top with cheese and replace the lid for another 30 seconds to allow the cheese to melt.

Stoneware Pottery is USA-made in Texas by a small family-owned and operated pottery company, which has been making quality pottery for over 22 years. Each piece is hand turned by a master potter, hand-painted or finished, and then coated with a lead-free glaze.
Because pottery is hand turned dimensions may vary slightly. Stoneware pottery may also develop small imperfections during the firing and glazing process. All food contact surfaces are inspected for such imperfections before shipping. The outside may have imperfections that add to the character of the stoneware.
Lids on stoneware pottery are made just like the old ones and then fired. To fire them, some of the bottoms is left unglazed where they will sit in the kiln. This is normal so they do not stick during the process. The original lids were made the same as you can see on antique crocks and churns.
Stoneware is lead-free, microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe. Pottery is durable and functional for everyday use.
