This powerful battery-powered mixer is a conversion of the Bosch Universal open-top mixer, favored by the Amish for its effectiveness in bread-making and other culinary tasks. The open-top design allows for easy ingredient additions without obstruction from a top-mounted motor, making it ideal for those living off the grid or in need of a reliable kitchen tool without A/C power.
The Nifty Compact Mixer is perfect not just for off-grid living but also for remote campsites, emergency backup during power outages, tailgating, and outdoor cooking competitions where AC power is unavailable. It uses Bosch attachments, but please note that older attachments may not be compatible.
Compatible with common 18-20V Lithium-Ion 5+ Amp-Hour Tool Battery Packs (not included), choose between a Makita or a combination Milwaukee/Dewalt (Malt) tool battery holder. It's advisable to keep a spare battery handy, especially during extended holiday baking sessions.
Warranty: 1-year warranty for home and family use provided by the Amish company. The original Bosh warranty no longer applies.
