Stainless steel old-fashioned square roaster pan set will cook up a large turkey for those Thanksgiving gatherings.
Measures 17” L x 10” W x 8” H. Square design pan saves space in ovens.
Compare to an oblong roaster that can run as much as 4” wider and taller, this old-time roaster allows space in many ovens to add another pan on the side.
The flat-top also saves space over a traditional dome lid with a handle allowing more vertical oven space. That becomes important during the Holidays when multiple baking applications are needed at the same time.

Description / Square Roaster Pan Set
The three-piece unit consists of two stacking pans and a stainless-steel rack for roasting all kinds of meats. The flat bottom top will also serve as another oven pan.
Some call this an Up/Down Roaster. It is something that was a Holiday family tradition while growing up in our home and we never could understand why it did not remain as popular as the oblong roasters. Having a square roaster to fit a square oven box makes far more sense.
The two square pans are more versatile than an oblong roaster as well. We used it for preparing vegetables for canning, outdoor gatherings for large batches of baked beans, and even a dishpan.
