The stainless steel, old-fashioned square roaster pan set is ideal for cooking a large turkey for Thanksgiving gatherings.

Compared to an oblong roaster that can run as wide as 4” and taller, this old-time roaster allows space in many ovens to add another pan on the side.
The flat-top also saves space over a traditional dome lid with a handle, allowing more vertical oven space. That becomes important during the Holidays, when multiple baking applications are needed simultaneously.

Description / Square Roaster Pan Set
The three-piece unit includes two stacking pans and a stainless-steel rack for roasting a variety of meats. The flat-bottom top will also serve as an additional oven pan.
Some call this an Up/Down Roaster. It was a Holiday family tradition while growing up in our home, and we never could understand why it did not remain as popular as the oblong roasters. Having a square roaster to fit a square oven box makes far more sense.
The two square pans are more versatile than an oblong roaster. We used it to prepare vegetables for canning, to make large batches of baked beans for outdoor gatherings, and even to wash a dishpan.
