Return Policy – New, unsoiled products may be exchanged for size, color, or style. Custom orders are non-returnable. Customer covers shipping costs.
Warranty Policy – Dan’s covers workmanship and defect issues. Items showing abuse or excessive wear are not covered. Defective products will be repaired or replaced after inspection.
Custom Orders – Custom sizing or modifications start at $15. Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks; expect longer lead times during peak holiday months.
