-
Kickstand: Keep your scooter upright and ready.
-
Rechargeable Headlight & Taillight: Ride safely at dusk.
-
Safety Flag: Increase visibility.
Whether used for urban commuting, fitness glides, or scenic strolls through town, this handcrafted kick bike stands apart from mass-produced scooters. Its classic aesthetic and robust build rival those of premium adult kick scooter brands, making it a standout choice for riders who want both performance and craftsmanship in one package.
The aluminum is powder-coated in silver to resist smudges and surface discoloration that can occur on bare aluminum.

Purpose of the Kick Scooter
Amish scooter sizes are similar to those of a bike, and because of this similarity, they are sometimes called a "kick bike" or "foot bike." Riding one is similar to riding a bike, except that the rider stands on a low floorboard rather than perched on a high seat and propels it by kicking rather than pedaling.
- Can firmly touch the ground with his or her kicking foot. The inability to make firm contact with the ground indicates the kick scooter is traveling faster than the rider's kicking speed.Â
- Use brakes wisely for speed control. A front bicycle-style lever brake and a back "stomp" brake is standard equipment. Use devices to maintain riding speed. They should not, however, be considered as the means to execute an emergency stop as the last resort, as the kick scooter may skid or flip.
- Use brakes for short periods. The kick scooter's standard bike brakes, for example, help slow it down when traveling downhill. Extended brake application, however, can overheat surfaces, cause wear, and, when accidentally touched, cause skin burns. Walk the kick scooter down very steep, long, downhill routes.
- Understands the difference between emergencies on a kick scooter and a bicycle. In an emergency, bike riders often become entangled in their equipment or are thrown over the handlebars. Kick scooter riders, however, can dismount by letting go of the vehicle and stepping or jumping off the nearly ground-level floorboard at the same time.Â
