Spacing between shelves: 2” with four shelves, 2-3/4” with three shelves, and 5-3/4” with two shelves.
We found the pie safe very handy during family holiday mealtime for stacking and storing our pastries and desserts in the refrigerator, especially the one in the garage. In years past, we struggled to stack pies on top of each other to make room in the fridge for different dishes. This always left foil and plastic wrap embedded in the tops of our pies as we went to serve them.
