The BEST on the marketm hands down. I have been using this food mill for over 25 years. Originally made by Victorio, then Nor pro, these strainers are getting hard to find. They are the most simple, efficient and perfectly designed gadgets you can buy for processing food. Applesauce, tomato sauce and jams are super easy to make. By switching the augers and screens you can adjust the coarseness of the food. There's even a salsa screen. And they just rinse clean. I've always used it manually without a motor without fatigue. But if you're doing 50 jars of applesauce it might be worth it. Best processor hands down.
Foley food mill......never again.
