Maple Syrup Economy Cooking Pans
Sorry, our Amish factory has asked to pause new orders for the basic evaporators for the 2022 season so that they can catch up on the Post COVID project backlog. Check back with us for the 2023 season. Our Sunrise evaporators are still available.
Maple syrup economy cooking pans are budget-friendly for the small backyard hobby syrup producer. Available as a flat 18” x 34” x 6” pan as priced or with 3-channel dividers as an upgrade, or a flat 26" x 46" x 6" pan, or with a 4-channel divider upgrade (Pictured)
An optional lid only for the smaller 18" x 34" pans may also be selected using the drop-down boxes.
Pans are fabricated by an Amish shop using 20-gauge 304 stainless steel.

The flat pans are welded on the ends, to save labor cost the dividers are spot welded inside for the divider pans.
The pan will come with two ½” threaded valve ports welded on both sides on the front of the pan. This allows you to insert a valve on one side and a pipe plug on the other side. Just swap to reverse the flow or add two valves. Valves and plugs are not included. Use a locally purchased brass ball valve(s) and plugs.
Used on our 18" x 34" wood-fired evaporator the divided pan has produced 5 GPH. The 26" x 46" divided pan has produced 12 GPH. Your results may vary widely based on your firebox and the arch placement under the pan to maximize the direct heat distribution.
In most cases, before the maple syrup season begins pans will ship within 3 weeks from the Amish factory in Illinois. We recommend purchasing before February. At the beginning and into the syrup season expect 4-6+ weeks as the season progresses.
