Description / Maple Sugar Candy and Cream Machine
The inside heater maintains the processing temperature to help reduce white spots in the candy greatly increasing the shelf life. Maintains working temps up to 212 degrees.
Boil the syrup to 219-220+ F and then allow the machine to process the rest.
Machine weight 180 lbs. Measures 24 x 30 x 32 with a 4-gallon capacity.
1-1/2 HP 230 volts.
An optional four-port candy mold filler assembly is available.
Does not come with instructions. Refer to maple syrup manuals such as the Maple Syrup Producers Manual to follow the process of making candy and cream using this type of machine.
USA Amish made by Sunrise Metal, which has been making high-quality custom evaporators since 1971.
Limited availability: Each machine is custom-made during early spring and mid-summer to prepare for the upcoming season. Production usually begins in June before the evaporators begin production in August.
