Unlike smaller benchtop units, this model delivers the capacity and reliability needed for both hobbyists preparing batches and commercial operations seeking efficient maple sugar production. With a 4-gallon processing capacity, 1-1/2 HP power, and an optional four-port candy mold filler, you can easily produce large volumes of maple candy and cream with uniform texture and quality.

The internal heater maintains the processing temperature, reducing white spots in the candy and significantly increasing shelf life. Maintains working temps up to 212 degrees.

Boil the syrup to 219-220°F, then allow the machine to process the rest.

Machine weight 180 lbs. Measures 24 x 30 x 32 with a 4-gallon capacity.

1-1/2 HP 230 volts.

Limited availability: Each machine is custom-made during early spring and mid-summer to prepare for the upcoming season.  Production usually begins in June, before the evaporators start production in August.

Priced F.O.B. and will require a crating fee. We have not shipped enough of these to establish average shipping costs. Shipping and crate fees should be in the $250-$300+ range to reach most of the maple syrup processing states. Please e-mail us for an exact quote.
