More Information
High-quality twist-and-lock fiberglass and carbon fiber telescoping poles are lightweight. A helical hose made of polyamide offers chemical resistance and high elastic recovery for commercial use. A 14.5-inch-long rubber-coated handle will remind you of those used on fishing poles, reducing fatigue and improving balance and leverage. The spray fittings are made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber, which provides greater flexibility when dropped than hard plastic.
Rated for up to 70 PSI.
Spray from 5’ to an extended length of 16.5 ft, allowing an average person standing on the ground to reach up to 23’. Even greater heights can be achieved with a ladder or a platform, such as a trailer or truck bed. It can also be used horizontally to reach out and spray aquatic weeds from a pond bank. A curved nozzle extender can be used to reach hard-to-access areas, such as along a building ledge.
Fully self-contained with its spray lever and nozzle. Coiled tubing extends and retracts with the spray head, preventing tangles around your feet.
Quickly retracts to only 52” and weighs only 2.5 lbs. for less fatigue.
You have two options to connect the spray wand to a sprayer.
Option One
This wand-lance will fit most sprayers using the 3/8” hose barb connection (included). Smaller sprayer hoses will need to be adapted to fit the hose barb. It can be equipped with 3/8” barbed quick-disconnect air hose couplings for quick switching between the hand wand and the telescoping pole. (These couplings are not included.) (See picture) The quick disconnects are readily available and allow the use of multiple sprayers or extended length hoses. Additional air hoses to extend reach should be marked for sprayer use only, once used for spraying chemicals, and kept separate from other air hoses.
The hose barb screws onto a metric thread. There is no standard for sprayer hose connectors, so each manufacturer uses its own proprietary connectors. This means that with the market flooded with small sprayers, there is no universal connector to interoperate with other sprayers or sprayer wands; thus, the hose barb has become the universal way to connect other sprayer accessories.
Option Two
Purchase one of three Pulmic professional sprayers to connect the wand directly. Here are the links to those sprayers.

The company is based in Spain, with 70% of parts produced there. The remaining materials are imported from Taiwan and assembled in Mexico.
We found the spring-back coil tubing made it difficult to extend the length and twist the links, so we pulled one section out at a time, twisted and locked it, and then moved to the next section.
A note about personal safety. Spraying any chemical mixture deemed harmful to humans should be done only when the wind is calm and with full PPE.
(In our pictures and demonstration videos, we are only spraying fresh water in a new sprayer; thus, we are not using PPE)

Optional Nozzles
The telescoping spray wand will come with an adjustable nozzle that provides either a coarse or a fine mist and will meet most general agricultural and pest-control needs.
Additional optional heavy-duty brass spray nozzles are also available in a kit that provides a female quick-disconnect and four spray nozzles for commercial applicators.
The quick-disconnect screws on the same threads as the poly nozzle, allowing easy switching between the optional heads. An additional optional adjustable-angle quick-disconnect is also available, allowing you to hold the pole vertically and adjust the spray at different angles to meet your spray-pattern needs. (Requires the quick disconnect fitting in the 19098-19097 nozzle set.
In the optional nozzle set 19098-19097, you receive the female disconnect fitting and the following four nozzles
Red Nozzle: A maximum single aggressive stream with minimal coverage. This would be ideal if you were using it to pinpoint a spray pattern into a crevasse or an entry hole.
Green Nozzle: Provides a balance between force and coverage area. Use it for heavy-duty prep, degreasing, removing scales, dirt, and mud before painting. Spray pattern about 15°
White Nozzle: Provides a wide-coverage fan area with moderate impact for spraying large areas, facades, and panels. Spray pattern about 40°.
Adjustable Nozzle: Provides a cone-shaped fan and a medium-wide spray pattern from 45° to 70° depending on your sprayer PSI. Use for general coverage applications on delicate surfaces. Allows you to adjust from a narrow fan for cracks and crevices to wide-area spraying for siding without changing nozzles.
Additional Angle Adjustable Quick-Disconnect 10995 (requires the standard disconnect in the 19098-19097 Nozzle Set). Allows you to point the spray nozzles in 5 fixed positions, 90°, 135°, then rotates 180° to spray 90° or 135° in the opposite directions.
Select the additional optional nozzles using the drop-down box.

Note from Cottage Craft Works: We are sorry for the problems you have encountered. We believe that you discovered with your two sprayers that there is no standard in sprayer hose connectors, so each manufacturer uses its proprietary connectors. This means that with the market being flooded with small sprayers, there is no universal connector to interchange with another sprayer or sprayer wand; thus, the hose barb has become the universal way to connect other sprayer accessories.
