Large Size Express Wagon

These wagons are custom-built with each order. Please allow 6-12 weeks for shipping.

These express wagons will bring old-world charm to any setting. They come equipped with 12” high removable racks. The one pictured has taller custom racks. Contact us for custom pricing.

Wagons are made from ash, with poplar wood flooring; wooden wheels are made of ash and hickory.

Wood options include rough-cut or premium-grade smooth lumber. Price begins with the rough cut. The rough cut is smooth lumber that will suffice for most outdoor applications. The surface may have a few rough spots caused by blade chatter from the planner. Premium grade is ideal for finished store displays and other indoor uses where you want a high-end look.

This is our large wagon box. It measures 48” long X 24-1/2” wide X 4-1/2” high (not including the height of the wheels). This wagon has 19" wheels on the rear and 15" wheels on the front.

The wagon comes with wood-spoke wheels as shown; you may upgrade to wood-spoke wheels with rubber tires.

Finish options are unfinished as priced. You may add finish options for the wagon: stained, varnished, or painted. You may also select a two-step process: have it stained, then varnished. 

Varnish or paint options include either two coats of a premium commercial 2-part urethane exterior-grade 3300 varnish or a coat of primer followed by a coat of paint. Select options and stain and paint colors using the drop-down boxes. The 3300 varnish offers exceptional protection and is significantly more expensive than standard varnishes sold in hardware stores.

You may also add the other options listed below:

• Add Metal Gear Brace. The gear brace helps stabilize the running gear when hauling items.
• Add Bushings to the Wheels. Add this option if you plan to make this a working wagon.
