Shipping & Handling
It would be data-prohibitive to list each part with individual shipping. Therefore, shipping and handling are based on an average purchase of a few small parts.
We charge a minimum flat base rate of $19.95 for all items, regardless of size. This covers processing, packing, drop-ship, and actual shipping charges.
Additional shipping charges may apply to larger orders, oversized parts, and orders requiring truck freight. We will send an invoice if additional shipping is required.
Additional shipping is especially possible with longer components such as 6-, 7-, and 8-foot sickles, knife backs, and reel slats.
Invoices not paid within 15 days are subject to a 10% handling and restocking fee.
Availability & Lead Time
Please expect 1–4 weeks for parts to ship.
The Amish shops do not use computers or modern communication methods, so orders may take a little longer to receive, package, and ship. We are also unable to maintain an electronic inventory because these shops sell parts to Amish machine shops throughout the country.
Occasionally, we may need to manufacture a new part before we can ship an order.
Prices are subject to change without notice. A $25 restocking fee will apply to returned parts.
