Some modifications to crossover parts may be needed, such as installing the available IHC grass board onto the J.D. Big 4 mower.

This section allows you to purchase replacement cutting parts. Suppose you need to replace all the rock guards or wear plates. Contact us for bulk purchases, as they will require more shipping. Sickle Bar Bolt R91 5/8" x 2-1/2" long. For IHC #6, use plow bolts 1/2" x 2" or 2-1/2". The heads will be different but will fit.
IHC-J.D. Vintage Sickle Mower Sections
Restore the vintage sickle mower to its original OEM specs. Many offer sickle sections that will fit your mower, but our Amish friends prefer these quality German-made, self-sharpening Radura brand sections. They are made in Germany from the highest-quality high-tensile steel, induction-hardened for long-lasting sharpness, break resistance, and durability, and sold in packages of 10.
We offer three types of the most popular cutting edges for your harvesting needs. The sections shown are for IHC; the J.D. cutting sections are very similar. Select from a smooth knife section, a heavy underserrated section, or an extra-heavy topserrated section. The IHC has three mounting holes spaced at 1” centers, only the two outside holes are used for most IHC applications those two holes are spaced at 2-1/16” centers. The J.D. has two mounting holes spaced 2” apart. Both the IHC and J.D. sections are 3” wide.

Section Rivets-use ¼” x 5/8” oval head rivets sold in 1lb packs. If you use bolts, you will also need to use the high-arch clips to ensure clearance.
Our Amish companies have been making and sourcing replacement parts since 1950 for what many consider antique or junk farm machinery today. These replacement parts carry minimal markup for us, primarily when we sell a single item, such as a bolt and nut. To defray processing time and costs, credit card fees, and labor to pack and transport to the post office, regardless of shipping costs, we charge a minimum base rate of $14.50 for shipping and handling, even for small shipments.
