Continuous stainless-steel piano-style hinges, equipped with automotive-style and equipment gas prop struts, hold open hatchback and trunk lids, as well as access doors secured with a locking handle and latch.

Description / Horse-Drawn Carriage Hatchback Hardware
Gas Prop Struts. Sold as a pair of 17-1/8 center-to-center mounting holes. Choose between 29 lb, 61 lb, or 90 lb load capacity. It does not include the mounting brackets.
Gas Prop Mounting Ball Brackets. Sold as a set of 4 to mount one pair of gas props. Choose between inside- or outside-mounting brackets.
Continuous Stainless Hinge. priced per each 1-1/2” x 30”. It does not include the screws.
The hatchback locking handle includes a 4” long handle adaptable to the various door and lid thicknesses.
No screws are included for the gas mounts or stainless hinge, as the mounting applications and material thickness vary.
