A removable stainless-steel rack lifts the canning jars out of the hot water, making them easy to remove from the canner.
An overall 20-quart liquid capacity doubles as a great stockpot. The tempered glass venting lid provides an easy view of the cooking process and the most critical water levels. The lid handle is equipped with a zone-indicator temperature gauge to ensure accurate water bath canning processing times based on your sea-level zone.

The pot measures 15-1/2” in diameter and 9-1/2” tall (12-1/2” tall with lid). The glass lid measures 12-13/16” in diameter, 2-3/4” tall.
The aluminum-clad bottom heats quickly and retains heat between batches. Induction cooktop compatible.
