Pictured with the American Harvester and Homesteader presses. This is for the motor, the wood belt cover, motor mount, and the wood hopper extension only. It does not include the grinder or press in the pictures.
Operate your press with ease with this new complete motor kit ready to install.
Description / American Harvester/Homesteader Grinder Motor Kit
Please expect 3-6 weeks for shipping.
Purchase the motor kit to add to an existing grinder on your American Harvester or Homesteader Apple Cider Press.
Motor Kit Only Includes:
- 1/2 HP Motor
- Pulleys & Belt Guard (2" pulley on the motor and a 7" pulley on grinder shaft) Does not include the belt.
- Pillow block bearings w/spacers
- Motor Safety Hopper
- And all required mounting hardware
- Wood belt guard housing
- Wood hopper extension
Select either American Harvester or Homesteader press using the drop-down boxes for the correct kit.
Note: If you have an older model grinder please measure that you have at least 6" of bare shaft available for this kit to work. If you don't please contact us before ordering.
Also please note the date range your press was made using the drop-down box.
For personal safety, the motor should never run with the hopper extension or belt guard removed. Hands and arms should never be placed in the hopper while the motor is running or plugged in.
