This can will not fit the older White Mountain Freezers as they used a different size can diameter and a 3/8" Dasher. Please check the measurements below.

Description / White Mountain Stainless Steel Can
Please note: This freezer can fit White Mountain Dashers with a 1/2" square female dasher bottom and a 7/16" square male dasher stem. These were generally made after the 1970s. However, over the years, we have found some of the older styles with a 3/8" female bottom that was still out in stores in the early 1980s. You can quickly check your old can or dasher by using a 1/2" open box wrench end to see if it fits loosely over the square dasher can drive at the bottom of the can. If a 3/8" open-end box wrench fits snuggly, then you have an older freezer, and this can not work with your dasher.Â
The newer can can also be made to 6-1/8" diameter, while the older cans were made to 6-1/4" diameter. If you have an older 6-1/4" diameter can, this replacement can will not work with your can lid.Â
6-quart 6-1/8" diameter x 12" high
This is only available for the 6-qt Immergood and White Mountain freezers. The Immergood 4-qt size will not fit the 4-qt White Mountain.
