Installation & Care Tips
• Hang the house approximately 5-10 ft above ground, ideally near shrubs or small trees to attract chickadees and wrens.
• Face the entrance away from prevailing winds and direct summer afternoon sun for optimal habitat.
• Clean out the house at the end of the season (or when the occupants have fledged) to encourage reuse.
• Rinse the poly lumber housing with mild soap and water—no painting, staining, or sanding required.
