These beautiful Amish handcrafted garden baskets will add class and functionality to any gardener. Designed with plastic coated wire mesh, these baskets are made to gather flowers, and vegetables, allowing them to be rinsed off before taking them into the house.
Inspired by the Hod basket used by the French and the British to carry just about everything including clams and vegetables, the Hod basket transitioned into the New England colonies and became a part of the American Heritage.

Just like our early ancestors the Hod has been used for generations and is a popular addition to the garden to carry garden tools and seeds during the planting season and then to harvest the vegetables throughout the growing season.
Our garden basket has the same features allowing you to pick fresh vegetables and wash off the dirt and derbies before taking them into the house for processing.
We offer three sizes:
Small measures 10-1/2” W X 11-1/4” L X 12” H
Medium measures 11-1/2” W X 15-1/4 L X 14-3/8 H
Large measures 15-1/4” W X 21-1/2 L X 18” H
Priced as the small basket, additional sizes add incrementally to the price.
