Uses the same jar, stainless steel dasher, and baffle as the EssaWare hand-crank butter churn designed from the ever so popular vintage Dazey No. 4 Red Ball butter churns.
Stainless steel baffle makes butter quicker than the original squared jar. Without the baffle, the cream will just spin in the jar instead of hitting a bearer to churn the butter, hence the reason why the original churns used a squared glass jar.
