The main difference is they use Dan’s 420 deniers briarproof nylon. This is a 1.5 oz solvent-based coating that provides more water resistance and the tough durability that has made Dan’s Hunting Gear also very popular.
This versatile jacket is dressy enough for casual wear and tough enough for the briar patch. You’ll have ample room for arm movement with the raglan sleeve design, and its fleece lining makes it the ideal lightweight jacket for warmer temperatures.
The waist-length jacket features 2 outside handwarmer pockets, 2 inside pockets with Velcro closures, inserted ribbing cuffs, and a soft duck collar for comfort and style.
Constructed with a heavy-duty #10 YKK zipper, double stitching, and rivets at all stress points. Snaps and D-rings provided for the option of an attachable matching hood and game bag.

Dan’s coats are all made in the USA using original American-made patterns. Therefore, the coats are sized a little Bigger than coats coming from overseas. Please keep this in mind when ordering a coat. Make selections using the drop-down boxes.

Waterproof game bags are ideal for carrying rabbits, coon, or any small hunting gear. (Size 14 x 22) Color options are brown and orange or the EZ-Load Game Bag. Game bags are offered in brown or orange allowing you to add some orange to the coat when you are actually hunting. EZ-Load Game Bag pictured on a camo coat which, is not available in the Country Rambler Coat
The EZ-Load game bag attaches to the back of the coat D-Rings and provides a wraparound front-loading game bag.

Return Policy
Dan’s will return and/or exchange products for a different size, color, or style as long as the product is new and has not been soiled. If a return is sent to Dan’s it will be inspected and only then approved by Dan’s as a return or exchange. Dan’s will not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Warranty Policy
Dan’s does warrant their products against any defects and workmanship flaws. The product must be sent back to Dan’s for inspection. However, Dan’s will not warranty product that has been abused or has more than normal wear and tear. On defective products, Dan’s will either replace or repair the gear.
Custom Order Policy
Please e-mail us with any custom needs. Dan’s will custom-make clothing for as little as $15. Additional cost. Custom orders are not returnable. Custom orders can generally be completed around 2-3 weeks. However, during the peak times of the year such as the Christmas Holiday season extra time will need to be added, so please order early before November.
