The Country 6-Qt Hit-N-Miss Freezer Parts Kit provides everything you need to set up your wagon and hook up an antique Maytag 3/4 HP Hit-N-Miss engine to build your own wagon-mounted ice cream maker. Designed specifically for the Country brand 6-quart model, this comprehensive replacement freezer parts kit includes precision-engineered components that ensure proper fit and reduce engine speed to provide smooth operation for years to come. This kit includes key replacement components such as the ice cream freezer, jack shaft, pulleys, link belt, and other parts—the main components needed and sized to build your own wagon-mount Hit-n-Miss freezer unit without the hassle of sourcing individual parts.
The antique 3/4 HP Maytag engines generally run at 400-500 RPM, whereas the newer 2- to 2-1/2 HP gas engines and a 3/4 HP electric motor typically operate at 3400-3600 RPM. In order to reach the desired 40-50 RPM at the freezer pulley with this kit, you will need to reduce the RPM coming off a newer motor using some type of gear reduction box down to the 400-500 RPM range to use it with this kit to avoid damage to the gears and or personal injury. (A reduction gearbox is not included.) The 1-1/2 & 3 HP Hit-n-Miss engines are too strong for this kit and should not be attempted.

1 x Large Jack Shaft Pulley 12” x 5/8” Bore (Steel)
1 x 66” Link-Belt (Goes from small Jack Shaft Pulley to Freezer)
1 x AX63 V-Belt (Goes from engine pulley (not included) to large Jack Shaft Pulley
