Let stand about 5\u201310 minutes, until foamy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stir in the remaining sugar, eggs, melted butter, and salt. Gradually add the flour until a soft dough forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knead for about 6\u20138 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and allow to rise until doubled, about 1\u20131\u00bd hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll the dough into a large rectangle, roughly 16 \u00d7 20 inches. Spread generously with softened butter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Starting along the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Cut into approximately <strong>12 rolls<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange in a buttered 9 \u00d7 13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30\u201345 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake at <strong>350\u00b0F for approximately 22\u201328 minutes<\/strong>, until the rolls are lightly golden and cooked through.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and enough milk or cream to make a smooth icing.
