Country 20-qt freezer motor belt kit includes the motor, heavy-duty sliding motor mount, electric motor, amp meter, and commercial-duty angle gear reducer. The gear reducer provides a 10-1 ratio for the ideal 60-70 RPMs. Includes the motor pulley and belt. It does not include the optional 10" pulley on the freezer.
A perfect electric motor kit to install on an existing 20-qt Country Freezer. Mount on a small rolling wagon or trailer.

Description / 20-qt Ice Cream Freezer Motor Belt Kit
The sliding motor stand has a handle that doubles as a clutch to relieve belt tension for stopping and starting the freezer, or to remove the belt for servicing. The angle gearbox is relatively expensive, pushing up the kit price. It eliminates the need for additional pulley shafts and pullies to achieve lower RPMs, resulting in a smaller overall footprint and fewer mechanical components.

The kit does not include the wagon, guard, ice cream freezer, pulley on the freezer side, or hardware to secure the freezer tub. You will need a 10” pulley on the freezer to match the ideal RPM range. Use the drop-down box to add an optional pulley if needed.
Note: No instructions or plans are included. The kit is straightforward and is sold to mechanically inclined individuals who can study the images and set it up without detailed instructions or plans for assembly. The motor will come with the pigtail plug and amp meter already installed, set for US voltage. To set for International voltage, one wire lug will need to be moved over to the 220 sides.
