20-qt Ice Cream Freezer Motor Belt Kit

The sliding motor stand has a handle that doubles as a clutch to remove tension off the belt for stopping and starting the freezer or removing the belt for servicing the freezer. The angle gearbox is rather expensive pushing up the kit price. It resolves the need for additional pulley shafts and pullies to reach the lower RPMs resulting in a smaller overall footprint and fewer mechanical apparatuses.

The kit does not include the wagon, guard, ice cream freezer, pulley on the freezer side, or hardware to hold the freezer tub down. You will need a 10” pulley on the freezer in order to match up to the ideal RPM range. Use the drop-down box to add an optional pulley if needed.

Note: No instructions or plans are included. The kit is rather straightforward and sold for mechanical inclined individuals who can study the pictures and set up accordingly without detailed instructions or plans to build. The motor will come with the pigtail plug and amp meter already installed set for US voltage. To set for International voltage one wire lug will need to be moved over to the 220 sides.
